These terms are short on purpose. A proper engagement letter still governs paid work.

The greenhouse

Plots on *.designlabnorth.com are previews. They are not the finished public site unless we say so in writing. Access is for the client we named, not for the open web.

Your content

You keep what you bring. We keep our tools, memory files, and the way we work. When we migrate a plot to your own host, the site files you paid for go with you.

Availability

We take care. Preview hosting is not a 99.99% promise. Isolation (one plot, one container) is how we stop one problem becoming everyone’s problem.
